7th August 2013, Century 21 Synergy opening party launched with much fanfare. Gold mime artist stopped traffic with gregarious bell ringing. Chairman of Century 21 Australasia, Charles Tarbey and Mayor of Marrickville, Victor Macri, made generous declaration at the opening, officiating proceedings of the evening. A string of blue-chip event sponsors such as Trivett - Harley Davidson (Alexandria), Pacifica Skincare (NZ), Sydney Shakespeare Company made their presence felt with generous donations and door prizes. Many high profile business owners including Eleni Kondos (fashion designer of Master/slave) and Marcelo Aveline (TNC Sport) was in attendance to show support. A highlight of the evening included delectable petits fours from local award winning pastry chef Simon Bimson from Strawberry Fields Patisserie. This Dulwich Hill office is officially open for business with a cake cutting procession carried out by owner Angelo Lofitis and toddler, Stella Lofitis. A fantastic night was had by all.
